The property comprises of the following accomodation:-

Ground Floor:

Sitting room with large open fireplace with wood burner.  Seating  10 comfortably on large comfortable sofas and armchairs.  Sofa bed sleeping 2 persons is available in this room.  Television, video, dvd and stereo with a collection of dvd films and cds. Doors leading to courtyard garden.

Downstairs bathroom with overhead shower and bath. Laundry room with washing machine and sink, with door to garden.

Dining room with large table seating 10 people, with another table and chairs in sitting room.  Another tv and video/dvd. Sofa seating 2/3. 

Kitchen with ample cuboards and work tops. Fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker with electric oven, grill and mixed gas and electric hob. French doors leading to courtyard garden.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom sleeping 2

Bedroom 2 - Twin room sleeping 2 can take extra bed for 1 person.

Bedroom 3 - Twin room sleeping 2 can take extra bed for 1 person.

Bedroom 4 - Double bedroom sleeping 2 persons ( can take extra beds for 2 people ).  With en-suite shower room and wc.  

There are two other shower rooms with wc.

Property is heated out of season with full central heating.
